Americas Materials Solutions: For the full year 2025, revenue for this segment increased 5% to $17.0 billion. Adjusted EBITDA rose 7% to $4.0 billion. In the fourth quarter, revenue grew 9% to $4.64 billion, while quarterly Adjusted EBITDA increased 9% to $1.15 billion. Aggregates volumes and pricing in the fourth quarter rose by 6% and 3%, respectively.
Americas Building Solutions: Annual revenue for this segment was $7.1 billion, a 1% increase over 2024. Adjusted EBITDA for the year grew 6% to $1.5 billion. Fourth-quarter revenue declined 1% to $1.48 billion, which the company attributed to residential demand levels and weather impacts in certain markets. Fourth-quarter Adjusted EBITDA for the segment was $254 million, a 2% increase.
International Solutions: This segment recorded an 8% increase in annual revenue to $13.3 billion. Adjusted EBITDA grew 23% to $2.2 billion for the full year. During the fourth quarter, revenue increased 6% to $3.29 billion, while Adjusted EBITDA grew 33% to $627 million.
CRH was included in the S&P 500 Index during the period. The company is currently conducting a review of its ordinary shares listed on the London Stock Exchange (LSE) and its preference share capital structure. This review, expected to conclude in the first quarter of 2026, may lead to the delisting of ordinary and 7% preference shares from the LSE and the delisting of 5% preference shares from Euronext Growth Dublin. The company’s primary listing on the New York Stock Exchange is not part of the review.
The company completed 38 acquisitions in 2025 for a total consideration of $4.1 billion. The largest transaction was the acquisition of Eco Material Technologies for $2.1 billion. Total growth investments, including acquisitions and capital expenditure, amounted to $5.8 billion for the year.
