The J.M. Smucker Co. (NYSE: SJM) reported its third quarter 2026 earnings results today.

Net sales were $2.34 billion, up 7% year-over-year. Comparable net sales increased 8%.

Net loss was $724.2 million, or $6.79 per share, compared to $662.3 million, or $6.22 per share, last year. Adjusted EPS was $2.38, down 9%.

Revenue and earnings beat estimates.

For fiscal year 2026, net sales is expected to increase 3.5-4.0% and comparable sales is expected to increase approx. 5.0-5.5%. Adjusted EPS is expected to range between $8.75-9.25.

The stock rose over 6% in premarket hours on Thursday.
