We decided to experiment with these capabilities to see how they fare. Here’s a list of what we tested and our experience:

Task Performance: ClickUp allowed us to monitor the progress of individual tasks, identifying bottlenecks and improving productivity. The task performance report helped us identify the tasks completed on time and those falling behind schedule.Time Tracking: This feature was beneficial in understanding how our team was spending time on different tasks.
