United Airlines (NASDAQ: UAL) reported its earnings results for the fourth quarter of 2025.

Total operating revenue of $15.4 billion was up 4.8% from the same period a year ago.

Net income increased 6% to $1 billion while earnings per share grew 8.1% to $3.19 compared to last year. Adjusted EPS decreased 4.9% to $3.10.

Total Revenue Per Available Seat Mile (TRASM) was down 1.6% compared to last year. Capacity was up 6.5%. CASM-ex was up 0.4% versus the year-ago period.

Premium revenue was up 9%, loyalty revenue was up 10%, and revenue from Basic Economy grew 7% for the fourth quarter.
